Return Policy

At Syrenishores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your swimwear purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

Swimwear items are eligible for return if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms must have the protective strip intact for a return to be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear items that have been worn, washed, or do not have the original tags and labels attached.
We also do not accept returns on swimwear accessories, such as swim caps or goggles, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at syrenishores@gmail.com.They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).
Pack the swimwear items securely in the original packaging, or a suitable alternative, and include the RMA along with your contact details inside the package.
Ship the package back to us using a reliable shipping method with tracking. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your swimwear for a different size or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer support team.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or style is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item.


Defective or Damaged Items:

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged swimwear item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We may request photos or other evidence of the defect or damage to expedite the resolution process.
We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of defective or damaged items, and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.


Final Sale Items:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
